KİMLİK MAKİNA SALES, ORDER AND SERVICE TERMS

2. The order scope is determined by the product page, quotation, proforma invoice, technical specification, drawings, samples, capacity, materials, electrical/automation scope, accessories and the parties' written approvals. A custom-manufactured order becomes final upon technical approval and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
3. The general production period is 10–45 days after technical approval and payment confirmation. It may reasonably be extended due to project scope, supply or import conditions, Buyer-requested changes or delays, or force majeure. Changes may result in additional charges and a revised delivery date.
4. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude VAT. Freight, transport, unloading, insurance, customs, site preparation, electricity, water and air connections, and lifting equipment are the Buyer's responsibility. Even where installation is agreed to be free of charge, the Buyer bears the installation personnel's travel, meals, accommodation and local transfer costs.
5. Card payments are processed through PayTR. Bank transfer/EFT payments may only be made to the Seller's own bank account as notified by the Seller; this method cannot be used until bank details are added to the system. An order is not deemed paid until cleared funds reach the account. Production, dispatch or installation may be suspended if the payment schedule is not followed.
6. Customer-approved drawings, technical specifications and measurements form the basis of production. Non-conformity caused by incorrect measurements, samples, product/process information or facility information supplied by the customer is not a manufacturing defect. Unauthorised intervention, incorrect utilities or connections, exceeding capacity, insufficient maintenance, normal wear and user error are excluded from warranty coverage.
7. Products are warranted against manufacturing and workmanship defects for 24 months. Kimlik Makina provides paid service and spare-parts support, subject to availability, for 10 years. Consumables and parts subject to normal wear are not covered by the warranty.
8. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for commercial or professional purposes. The statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies to products personalised to the Buyer's requirements or manufactured specifically for a project. For cancellation of custom manufacture, completed engineering, labour, custom materials, supplier deductions and documented direct expenses may be deducted from payments received.
9. Visible transport damage must be recorded in a report with the carrier upon delivery, and photographs, video and delivery documents must be retained. Rights concerning latent defects and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Products that have contacted food, cosmetics or chemicals cannot be returned without cleaning and decontamination documentation.
10. Order, technical approval, payment, production, testing, dispatch, delivery, installation, training and service records may be retained for contract performance, evidence and legal obligations. Personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK and the Privacy Policy.
11. For consumer transactions, the right to apply to the competent consumer authorities remains unaffected. For commercial transactions, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Konya shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory jurisdiction rules.
12. Before placing an order, the Buyer reads and approves the Preliminary Information Form, Distance Sales Agreement, Return Policy, these Terms, the technical scope and the order summary.
