construction
It is completely AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
The 1st wall base is 2 mm and there is a 0.8 mm Ep type rollbond heat exchanger plate coupled to the wall.
The insulated wall is 1.5 mm in 2-3 tons tanks and 2 mm AISI 304 quality stainless steel in 4-15 tons tanks.
There is one specially designed 0.34 Hp 33 rpm gearbox and associated stainless steel mixer blades. The mixer wing is designed not to spoil the milk structure.
(There are 2 mixer in 6000 lt, 8000 lt, 10000 lt, 12000 lt and 15000 lt.)
Product outlet DN 50 male butterfly valve.
Insulation range is 60 mm thick and isolated with water based high dense polyurethane foam material without HCFC.
AISI 304 quality stainless steel Ø 500 mm, manhole cover and Ø 100 mm product inlet.

Electronic Control Board
The electronic control system is coupled into the stainless steel panel and all transactions are carried out on the electronic control card of Kromel company.
On the control control panel, the operation of the tank, milk temperature, electronic milk measurement, washing system and menus are controlled from here.
In case of electronic system failure, cooling process can be continued by taking the manual position.
There is an additional electromechanical safety system set to 1.5 – 2 ° C to prevent milk from freezing.
It gives an error message about the fault that occurs in case of any fault.
It is possible to see the malfunctions, washing temperature, milk temperature and electrical malfunctions occurring in the last 20 days.
Compressors are activated gradually to prevent sudden current draw in multi system compressors.
